These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Antyra Analytics Portal (the "Service") operated by Antyra Solutions. Please read them carefully.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Antyra Analytics Portal is a secure online service that enables authorized users to view marketing performance information and related reports for organizations that have engaged Antyra Solutions.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized by your employer or client organization to use the Service. You represent that all registration information you provide is accurate and that you will keep it current.
3. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@antyrasolutions.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Accounts are personal and may not be shared or transferred without our written consent.
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated, if required by law, or if your organization's agreement with us ends.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful business purposes and only within the scope of access granted to you by Antyra Solutions or your organization.
You must not:
- Access information belonging to any organization you are not authorized to view.
- Copy, disclose, sell, or misuse confidential client or marketing data.
- Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the security of the Service.
- Use the Service in any manner that violates applicable law or the rights of others.
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
5. Confidentiality of client information
Marketing performance data, reports, and related materials accessible through the Service may be confidential. You agree to:
- Use such information only for legitimate business purposes within your authorized role.
- Not disclose confidential information to any unauthorized person.
- Comply with any additional confidentiality obligations in your employment or client agreement.
Unauthorized access or disclosure may result in immediate suspension, termination, and legal action.
6. Third-party services
The Service may display or process information obtained from third-party platforms (such as Google) when properly authorized by Antyra Solutions or your organization. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of third-party services.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and documentation, is owned by Antyra Solutions or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.
Reports and materials prepared for a client organization remain subject to the arrangements between Antyra Solutions and that organization. Client-provided materials remain the property of the respective client.
8. Reports and automated summaries
Reports, dashboards, and automated summaries are provided for general business information only. They do not constitute legal, financial, tax, or professional advice. You are responsible for verifying important figures before relying on them in business or regulatory decisions.
9. Availability
We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, upgrades, or events beyond our reasonable control may cause temporary interruptions.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
11. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANTYRA SOLUTIONS AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU OR YOUR ORGANIZATION FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Antyra Solutions from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Service, violation of these Terms, or unauthorized access to or disclosure of confidential information.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise agreed in a written agreement between you (or your organization) and Antyra Solutions. The courts of Singapore shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights under applicable consumer law.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The current version will be posted at https://analytics.antyrasolutions.com/terms with an updated effective date. Material changes may require you to accept the revised Terms before continued use. Your continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
